Chiropractor

Massimo Bianco D.C.

Dr. Bianco’s first experience with chiropractic came from a football injury when he was 15 years old. He had injured his neck during practice. His coach told him to go see his doctor. At that time Dr. Bianco had no idea of what chiropractic was or what chiropractors do. All he knew was his neck hurt so badly he couldn’t turn his head.

The coach’s chiropractor did an exam and took x-rays of his neck and with a gentle and quick movement, realigned his spine. When he got up, the pain was gone and he could actually turn his head which he couldn’t do when he walked in.

Fascinated with Human Anatomy:
Dr. Bianco attended National College of Chiropractic in Chicago. He was fascinated most with human anatomy. Through studying the anatomy of the human body he discovered that under the skin, we’re all connected by the one thing that controls everything that happens in our bodies: the nervous system.

The chiropractic approach is to help restore normal motion and position of affected spinal bones by specific chiropractic adjustments. The simplicity and success of this approach has been documented in numerous research projects and has helped many patients avoid unnecessary surgery.

Dr. Massimo Bianco is married to Dr. Frida Bianco. They met as classmates at National College of Chiropractic. They have three children, two boys and one girl. Dr. Bianco enjoys spending personal time with his family, running local races as well as training for triathlons.

Dr. Bianco strives to maintain a healthy lifestyle with exercise, healthy nutrition, managing stress, adequate sleep, and a positive mindset. He runs exercises regularly, limits eating fast food, makes sure to get 8 hours of sleep, keeps a positive mental attitude, and gets adjusted weekly.

A Personal Approach:
Dr. Bianco is fluent in English, Italian, and speaks some Spanish.

Frida Bianco D.C.

Dr. Frida Bianco is married to Dr. Massimo Bianco. Dr. Frida is fluent in English and Russian and received her chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. She earned her bachelor of science in biology from the State University of N.Y at Albany.

Chiropractic Experiences:
Dr. Frida’s career includes over 15 years of practicing in various clinical settings in Illinois, Kentucky and Indiana.

Her experience ranges from family care to auto accident and personal injury cases. She enjoys working with both children and adults.

Away from Preston Chiropractic and Rehabilitation:
Dr. Frida has three children, two boys and one girl. All three are adjusted regularly and look forward to being adjusted. They understand that it benefits their overall health, much like proper exercise and healthy eating habits.

It is essential for her to maintain a harmonious balance between family and career because of how rewarding her job is. Dr. Frida never tires of hearing of the great results her patients experience. They say that their medication never gave them the relief that chiropractic has.

Brian Anderson D.C.

Dr. Anderson has been in chiropractic practice since 2001. He received his doctorate degree from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Over the years he has expanded his post-doctoral education and training in MRI Spine Interpretation, Spinal Biomechanics, Whiplash and Brain Traumatology, Spinal Trauma Pathology, Accident Reconstruction, Orthopedic Testing, among many other courses.

CHIROPRACTOR

Riley Sadler D.C.

From a young age, Dr. Riley Sadler experienced the benefits of chiropractic care firsthand. As a high school student athlete dealing with persistent back pain from sports injuries, traditional treatments offered little relief but chiropractic adjustments made a real difference. That experience sparked his passion for helping others move and feel better through hands-on care.

Dr. Sadler earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Campbellsville University School of Chiropractic after completing his undergraduate studies in Exercise Science and Kinesiology at Western Kentucky University. His background in human movement helps him focus not only on relieving pain but improving how the body functions in everyday life.

He treats a wide range of conditions including neck and back pain, herniated discs, sciatica, headaches, facet syndrome, and nerve-related issues. His goal is simple: restore movement, reduce pain, and help patients stay active.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Sadler enjoys exercising, playing sports, golfing, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors.

Office Manager

Amanda

Amanda started working at Preston Chiropractic and Rehabilitation in 2011 and she knew right away she found her forever home. Today she is the office manager and spends most of her days problem solving and making sure the office runs smooth. Amanda graduated from Spencerian college in the Medical Assistant program and she enjoys spending her free time with her husband and kids.

Melissa

Melissa joined Preston Chiropractic and Rehabilitation during her senior year of high school, working alongside her sister, Barbara. After graduating, she chose to continue with the practice full-time. She began as a therapy assistant and later transitioned to the front desk when the opportunity arose, where she enjoys helping create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.

Barbara

Barbara joined Preston Chiropractic and Rehabilitation in 2022 as a therapy assistant and quickly became a valued member of the team. During her time in therapy, her bilingual abilities in English and Spanish allowed her to connect with and assist a diverse number of patients.

She quickly transitioned into medical billing when the opportunity arose. Eager to learn and grow professionally, she embraced the challenge and helped bring her sister, Melissa, onto the team.

Barbara recently earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and continues to grow her knowledge and expertise in the healthcare field. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog Marley and her family.

Patient Care Technician

ESME

Esme began her journey with our office as a patient and was later offered a position shortly after graduating high school. She is bilingual in Spanish and holds her PCT (Patient Care Technician) certification. Esme plans to continue her education by pursuing a nursing degree.
In her free time, she enjoys caring for her chickens and dogs, as well as spending time thrift shopping.
